Yearly Health Screenings
Vision: Kindergarten & Grades 1 - 6
Hearing: Kindergarten & Grades 1 - 4
If students do not pass the initial vision and/or hearing screening, a re-screen will be performed at a later date. If the student again does not pass, a referral letter will be sent home for recommendation of further evaluation/treatment. Vision and hearing screenings can be conducted at anytime during the school year by parent and/or teacher request. ​
