Finding and applying to the right Scholarships can significantly impact your ability to afford higher education and pursue your future endeavors. Check out This Tip Sheet when you are ready to start searching and applying.

Local Scholarships

Scholarships made available to Local Central MN graduating seniors are posted in our SchooLinks platform for students to apply to. Please check there for specific links and application requirements for these local opportunities. 

Students can also use the "Scholarship Matching" tool within SchooLinks to match themselves with local scholarships they may qualify for based on their identifying criteria and post high school aspirations.​

Holdingford Specific Scholarships

Holdingford Graduate Specific Scholarships will be posted in SchooLinks by the first week of January. These scholarship application deadlines are set for April 1st. More info. will come to seniors in their Harvest classes when it's time to apply!

Our Senior Scholarship & Awards evening will be held in early May at 6:00pm in the Holdingford Theatre. If your student has qualified for a scholarship or is receiving an award, you will receive an email from your school counselor with a save the date and an invite to the awards ceremony.

Starting up a Holdingford Scholarship

Holdingford Scholarship Endowment

The Holdingford Scholarship Endowment is an amazing organization for Holdingford Graduates that plans and organizes many local fundraisers to earn money specifically for Holdingford graduating students. They have given out over $100,000 in Scholarships to our students since they started up the organization in 2013. They host the local Car Show at Holdingford Daze, an annual Golf Tournament each August and much more. They also accept donations!
